Since I was a little baking prodigy I have been whisking and kneading my way around the wonderful world pastries. Baking is not just a hobby to me, it’s an obsession that fills my heart and runs through my veins. When life gives you lemons make lemon bars, they say.
I fell in love with baking during my childhood thanks to my dad who runs a wonderful bakery in my little town. After school every day, I would hop on my bike and pedal to this magical place. I was in heaven. The aroma of freshly baked bread and colorful cupcakes arranged like soldiers along with the warm smiles from customers who were enjoying sweet treats made it a dream for me.
My passion for baking grew as I aged. I developed my baking skills, tried new flavors and explored the wide range of culinary possibilities. Soon I realized that cooking was more than just a sweet treat for me. It was also a way of bringing joy and happiness to other people. Bake Smartly came to be.
Bake Smartly allows me to share my baking experiences, tips and tricks with you all. This website will inspire you, educate you, and empower to create delicious masterpieces, whether you are a seasoned or newbie baker. We’ll cover everything from sourdough bread to artisan bread and address various baking issues.
Let’s not forget to have fun while baking! While I love creating beautiful desserts, baking should also be fun and enjoyable. Expect some funny anecdotes and flour fights in my blog posts. What’s the point of baking if you don’t have a few laughs and messes?
